<p>Going Solo now runs 12 accounts and has hit a total of 171.8 million views.</p>

<p>They started posting on Instagram in 2023, and since then, their strategy has focused on three main formats.</p>



<p><strong>Format #1 – Quick clips</strong></p>



<p>These are 6–10 second videos featuring a minimalist hook and an app CTA, using screenshots or video demo.</p>



<p>&#8220;How did you meet all those friends in Koh tao?&#8221; pulled 3.5M views.</p>

<p>In December 2024, the team introduced new TikTok accounts featuring different creators.</p>



<p>The TikTok videos with the highest views all came from the @goingsolo.app account, even though some of them were not fully organic.</p>

<p>Soir is already running eight accounts and has racked up 37.6 million views so far.</p>

<p>Unlike what she did for Going Solo, Ashley’s strategy for this new app is primarily focused on TikTok.</p>



<p>Most of her videos for Soir feature close-up shots with a hook focusing on city loneliness and bringing women together through a supportive community.</p>

<p>What’s interesting is that this time, she’s leaning heavily into headshot-style, founder-led content — and she’s boosting her own reach by showing up as different creators across several accounts.</p>

<p>Still, it’s clear that for now, her main TikTok account, where she’s been posting since 2021 and promoting both apps, is the one performing the best.</p>



<p>With this app, she’s also leaning more into wall-of-text hooks, a clear shift from the strategy she used with Going Solo.</p>

One Female Founder, Two Viral Apps


<p>This 24 year old is building a private jet chartering company almost entirely through TikTok and Instagram Reels.</p>



<p>You have likely seen his videos already. His main TikTok account alone has done over 1.5 billion views, with another 95 million on secondary accounts and 89 million on a personally named but branded account. That is just on TikTok.</p>



<p>On Instagram, the numbers add up to hundreds of millions more.</p>



<p>All in, the brand has crossed 2 billion views, most of them generated in just the last one or two years.</p>



<p>It is a massive awareness engine, very different from anything most jet companies are doing, and clearly inspired by shows like Below Deck and similar reality TV formats.</p>



<p>The content comes in several formats. First, it is worth looking at what made it work, then at the business behind it, based on publicly available information.</p>



<p>The most viral videos all follow the same structure. They show the CEO on a booking call, dealing with wild and often outrageous scenarios.</p>

<p>It feels less like marketing and more like a reality show. That is exactly why it works.</p>



<p>In a high ticket business where a single booking can mean thousands of dollars in fees, being the first brand people think of when they consider chartering a jet is an extremely strong strategy.</p>



<p>Before expanding into other formats, the early content is worth revisiting.</p>



<p>At first, they posted random videos before landing on the desk question format. The setup was basic, the audio was raw, and nothing looked polished. It did not matter. Within a short time, they hit their first one million view video.</p>

<p>It is unclear whether Colin expected this to become the main acquisition channel, or if it started as a fun experiment by a social media intern back in 2022.</p>



<p>Either way, they doubled down. By 2024, the desk was upgraded, the background looked intentionally expensive, and a proper microphone was added. That timing suggests the business was starting to gain traction.</p>

<p>One video in particular marked the breakthrough. It ran for four minutes and clearly defined the winning format.</p>



<p>From there, TikTok became the main growth driver. Production quality steadily improved, with faster cuts, on screen screenshots, and a style that feels familiar to anyone used to high performing TikTok content.</p>



<p>The secondary account now focuses on skits and humorous company related videos.</p>

<p>The account under his own name is centered on personal branding, company building, and longer storytelling that does not fit the other pages.</p>

<p>At this point, the obvious question is how much real business comes from all these views. A quick Google search for “is Amalfi Jets real?” surfaces a lot of negative discussion.</p>

<p>Some of it may be staged or driven by competitors. This kind of Reddit driven criticism is a common tactic in competitive markets.</p>



<p>The calls themselves are likely staged, but that is not a problem. They function as skits, and they do that job extremely well.</p>



<p>From an traffic perspective, the company has a 34 DR and around 5.6K in monthly organic traffic according to Ahrefs, mostly from branded searches.</p>

<p>Based on deep(er) research, the company operates as a Part 395 private jet charter broker with estimated revenue as follows:</p>



<p><strong>2021:</strong> ~$1.7M</p>



<p><strong>2022:</strong> ~$3.5M</p>



<p><strong>2023:</strong> ~$6.5–7.0M</p>



<p><strong>2024:</strong> ~$14–18M (marketing claims higher, audited reality lower)</p>



<p><strong>2025 (forecast):</strong> ~$25–30M</p>



<p>This makes it a relatively small but fast growing brokerage with thin margins of about 10 to 12 percent, likely close to break even. The brand reach is far larger than the financial scale of the company.</p>



<p>That gap is what makes this such an interesting case study. It shows how dominating content in a single vertical can create a real business from scratch.</p>



<p>The strength of the brand alone could justify a higher acquisition price for a larger competitor looking to enter this channel quickly.</p>



<p>It is also a strong example of B2B content driving real growth by leaning into something people already love watching, how wealthy people live. Real estate has used this playbook for years.</p>



<p>The content potential here is almost unlimited. They effectively own the niche as a reality style TikTok brand and are now scaling through multiple in house channels across platforms.</p>



<p>Long term, this could also open the door to major monetization opportunities, from aircraft model placement to partnerships with other high value luxury brands.</p>

How 2 Billion Views Built a $20M Jet Broker


<p>This air travel app launched just 10 months ago and is already doing over $100K per month, once again highlighting how much revenue estimators underestimate.</p>

<p>One of those videos reached 3.3M views and was broken into three parts. First, they explain what Travel Tuesday is. Second, they share a list of tips, including “I’m using AirClub” to track price drops.</p>

<p>Another winning format is simple tip content filmed behind a computer, YouTuber style. That one hit 1.3M views.</p>

<p>They also promote the app through accounts that only post long wall of text hooks, with some videos reaching hundreds of thousands of views.</p>

<p>The next strongest format directly pushes the app to very specific audiences. Big destination names on screen, and creators simply reading discounted offers. Absolute genius. It gets slightly fewer views than Travel Tuesday trends, but it is extremely bookmarkable and highly targeted, which leads to strong conversion.</p>

<p>You can even find accounts running the exact same format on every post. No emotion at all. Just someone reading deals like a teleprompter. And it works.</p>

<p>The strategy clearly works. You can see the volume increasing over time as they continue to scale and stack recurring revenue, with no signs of slowing down.</p>

<p>After completing a banking internship in New York City, Myles Slaytonfound himself and his friends stuck in the same loop: endless swiping, awkward first dates, and a deep mistrust of everyone behind the screen.</p>



<p>So instead of trying to build a “better algorithm,” he and his co-founders Willy Conzelman and Carter Munk flipped the entire logic of dating apps and rebuilt dating for Gen Z.</p>

<p>Most consumer apps scale TikTok through mass UGC.</p>



<p>Cerca didn’t.</p>



<p>Instead of spinning up hundreds of faceless creator accounts, Cerca put its founders directly on camera. Each founder runs multiple accounts across TikTok and Instagram, turning personal storytelling into the brand’s main growth channel.</p>

<p>Over the last month alone, Cerca pulled&nbsp;24.2M views from one format: founder-led, face-to-camera storytelling.</p>



<p>One of their engine is “Bad Dates → Better App.” And that format still runs.</p>



<p>The most viral videos this month came directly from&nbsp;Myles’ own account,&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.tiktok.com/@cerca._.myles/video/7575206696205749534">with&nbsp;3.4M views&nbsp;on a single post</a> telling how <em>&#8220;emails are in&#8221;.</em></p>

<p>In this video, he talks about how he walked up to a girl outside and asked for her email. The video got over 2,000 comments, but since he didn’t mention the app or tie the story back to Cerca, all the comments missed the point and didn’t lead to any conversions.</p>



<p>Another hit from his Instagram account was a <em>“bad Hinge date story” </em>that pulled <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/DPcZVGAj87Q/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">1.9 million views:</a></p>

<p>In this one, he talks about a weird date he went on, and two smart details stand out:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Mentioning a well-known app like Hinge makes the story instantly click with people who use it too, and it feels more natural.</li>



<li>He purposely misspells “Labubu” to spark comments, and it worked. One of them got over 10K likes.</li>
</ul>



<p>Still, even with all the engagement, the story didn’t drive significant conversions. It was fun and relatable, but not built to get downloads. The only app CTA is on the post’s caption, but it seems to go unnoticed by most viewers.</p>



<p>The same thing happened with another post, this time about a “Raya breakdown.” Raya is a members-only dating app that some people online are calling “Tinder for the Illuminati.”</p>



<p>The video got <a target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/DM_a1iTvqNS/">1.5 million views,</a> but again, no one paid attention to the mention of the Cerca app in the caption. All the comments were either roasting Raya or just reacting to the story.</p>

<p>So far, it seems that all of their content is relying in this one single strategy:</p>

<li>Storytime hook → Personal failure → Emotional shift</li>
</ul>



<p>They’ve got the hook down. The talking format works, and even their founders are doing a solid job on camera, which isn’t always easy, especially with this kind of headshot, talking content.</p>



<p>But something’s still off. The team hasn’t figured out how to tie the viral content back to the product. They need a smoother way to weave the app into the story—either as how it all starts, or as the better option compared to the big dating apps they keep roasting.</p>



<p>Some other accounts are pulling solid views, but most fall into the same trap.</p>
